Third of charities have no financial safety net
One in three charities is "without a financial safety net", according to research carried out by the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO).
Figures published by the NCVO show that public sector spending cuts could threaten the survival of those charities that rely on public funds to provide services.
