The Forum of Private Business (FPB) has claimed that the abolition of the Default Retirement Age (DRA) will cripple small businesses. The Government has announced that it will continue with Labour's plans to scrap mandatory retirement at 65. However, the FPB claims the move will be a "huge problem" for small firms because they will be forced to keep on workers who are past the age of retirement.
