More than half of employers welcome Government plans to introduce flexible working for all employees. A poll of employers, carried out by recruitment firm Hays, shows that 55% are in favour of introducing such legislation. However, 44% of those private sector businesses questioned said they expect their costs to increase if employees take up flexible working.
