Minister reiterates Government pledge to overhaul Licensing Act
Criminal Justice Minister Nick Herbert has reiterated the Government's promise to overhaul the Licensing Act 2003.
He outlined plans to ban the sale of low cost alcohol and give local authorities more powers to strip premises of their licence. Home Secretary Theresa May is currently reviewing the Licensing Act 2003.
