FSA proposes employers' liability insurance database
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has proposed setting up a database of employers' liability insurance policies to make it easier for former employees to make claims against employers.
The FSA has published proposals to create a database dating back to November 1999, which will help employees claim for injuries or disease during the course of their employment.
