HMRC issues warning on PAYE returns
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has issued a warning to employers that they must file their annual returns before 19 May or face penalties.
It also warns that the majority of employers are now required to file their P14 and P35 forms, or Employer Annual Returns, online.
