Small firms need training not advice, says Doug Richard
Entrepreneur Doug Richard has said that start up businesses can expect little help from the "extraordinarily ineffective" Government support on offer and that start ups need training, not advice.
Speaking to The Herald, Mr Richard said that small businesses need training in business skills rather than the advice schemes provided by the Government.
