Retirement age for small businesses is "ridiculous and arbitrary"
The use of a default retirement age (DRA) for employees in small businesses is "ridiculous and arbitrary", according to an employers' representative.
Rachel Krys, campaign director for the Employers Forum on Age (EFA) told BAD News that many small businesses already operate without an enforced retirement age for employees.
