Government launches consultation on supermarket body
The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has launched a consultation on the implementation of a body to enforce the recently announced Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP).
The consultation is open until 30 April 2010 and is looking for views from businesses that supply large retailers with grocery produce.
