Firms given longer to dispute public procurement rejection
Firms now have more time to file their legal objection to the awarding of public contracts, after the European Union's Court of Justice overturned UK procurement law.
The EU ruled that UK regulations are not compatible with the EU Remedies Directive and must be redrafted. Firms now have up to three months to make a complaint following a failure to win a contract from a public authority.
