Scottish firms offered £1,000 to take on apprentice
The Scottish Government has announced that businesses who take on an apprentice will receive £1,000.
The payment is part of the 'Invest in an Apprentice' scheme, which will run from 11 January to 26 March. Up to 4,000 employers will be able to take part in the scheme.
