Ofgem introduces new rules for micro-business energy contracts
Energy regulator Ofgem has introduced new rules designed to give micro-businesses more protection when entering into gas and electricity contracts.
Jake Ridge, small business expert at online comparison service uSwitchforbusiness.com, told BAD News that although the changes are positive, he believes the new rules could still confuse business owners.
