Marketing budget cutting slows in Q4 2009
Marketing spend continued to fall in the last quarter of 2009, but fell at the lowest level since the beginning of 2008, according to the latest Bellwether Report from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) and BDO.
Firms questioned for the report were at their most optimistic for five years and marketing budgets have been set higher for 2010, compared to last year.
