HMRC launches minimum wage enforcement team
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has set up a new team that will deal with employers who flout National Minimum Wage (NMW) legislation.
The Dynamic Response Team will deal in particular with employers who use migrant labour and pay their workers at a rate below the NMW.
