Unfair dismissal payout limit drops
The maximum amount of money that can be awarded for unfair dismissal has been cut.
From 1 February 2010, the maximum award drops from £66,200 to £65,300 to reflect a fall in the retail price index (RPI) between September 2008 and September 2009.
