Pubs must focus on marketing as well as diversification, says industry expert

Pub owners must concentrate on marketing their business as well as diversifying their services, an industry expert has recommended.

Stuart Mills, founder of UseYourLocal.com, which is a scheme that allows pubs to provide a parcel collection service, told BAD News that pubs do not do enough to market their services, which he says is crucial to improving their performance.
