FSA launches consultation on menu calorie labelling
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has launched a consultation on how its proposed voluntary calorie labelling system on menus would work.
The consultation is designed to get views from the industry on how such a scheme would work in practice and to develop guidelines for businesses that want to join the scheme. The consultation is open to UK catering businesses and closes on 11 March 2010.
