Commercial property values in recovery
UK commercial property values are starting to recover and showed their strongest month-on-month improvement for 15 years in November, according to information firm Investment Property Databank's (IPD) UK Monthly Index.
Capital growth in the commercial property market grew by 2.4% between October and November. However, a spokesperson for IPD warned of the "fragility of confidence" in the property market.
