Only a third of firms believe UK tax regime supports enterprise
Only a third of business owners feel that the UK's tax regime supports private enterprise, according to a recent survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
The results of the Enterprising UK 2009 survey also reveal that 84% of business owners believe they need more effective representation with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and HM Treasury. Almost half said they feel their views are not heard by the Government.
