Small firms struggling with supplier management
UK small firms are struggling to manage their relationships with suppliers, according to a recent survey.
A poll by telecoms firm Opal reveals that over half of respondents have more than four technology, telecoms and services suppliers, while 20% said that dealing with these suppliers leaves them less time to deal with their business responsibilities. Furthermore, 10% of those surveyed said their lack of expertise was a problem when it comes to supplier management.
