Over-regulation is "huge problem" for firms, says FPB
Over-regulation is a huge problem for the UK's small businesses, despite a recent Government report claiming the benefits of regulation outweigh the costs by 85%.
Phil McCabe, spokesperson for the Forum of Private Business (FPB), told BAD News that "excessive red tape" is still a challenge for many firms.
