Northern Ireland company registry to integrate with Companies House
The Companies Registry Northern Ireland (CRNI) will integrate with Companies House from 1 October 2009 as the Companies Act 2006 comes fully into force.
Companies will be UK companies, rather than Great Britain or Northern Ireland, and the same legislation will apply to all companies. The CRNI website will shut down and all information will be made available through the Companies House website.
