Minister urges businesses to sign up to Payment Code
Rosie Winterton, Minister for Regional Economic Development and Co-ordination, has urged businesses to sign up to the Government's Prompt Payment Code.
Speaking on a visit to a firm that has already signed up to the Code, Ms Winterton said she wants "to see more companies acting responsibly and paying their invoices promptly and without changing their agreed contractual terms".
