Half of UK bosses take pay holiday
A survey by the Institute of Directors (IoD) reveals that half of UK bosses have frozen their pay or taken a pay holiday.
In a poll of 1,300 directors, 40% had also reduced their bonuses. A spokesperson for the IoD said that many members are running businesses on moderate pay packages, while "almost half have no occupational or employer-sponsored pension".
