European Commission extends employee tax break for small firms
The European Commission (EC) has granted approval for the extension of a tax break designed to help small firms retain skilled staff.
Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) provide a tax break on share options offered to employees in small and medium-sized businesses. The scheme has been extended by the EC until 2018.
