HSE launches new strategy to prevent workplace injuries
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has launched a new strategy with the aim of reducing workplace accidents.
Entitled 'Be Part of the Solution', the new strategy is designed to persuade employers that a safe workplace is commercially beneficial. Judith Hackitt, the Chair of HSE, said that the strategy promotes "a common sense attitude to health and safety".
