Gangmasters Licensing Act could extend to construction industry

Alan Ritchie, general secretary of the Union of Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians (UCATT), told Contract Journal magazine that he welcomes the Bill and said that the rule will be essential "to tackle exploitation and casualisation in the construction industry".
