VAT threshold increases to £68,000
The VAT threshold will rise by £1,000 to £68,000 from 1 May 2009.
The rate of VAT on children's car seat bases will be reduced from 1 July 2009, to 5%, in line with the rate of VAT that already applies to children's car seats.
