HMRC urges small firms to file online for £75 bonus
Small employers who file their annual return online for 2008-09 will receive a tax-free bonus of £75, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has announced.
Employers with less than 50 workers must file their Employer Annual Return online by 19 May to receive the payment. Businesses will still qualify for the bonus if an intermediary, such as an agent or tax adviser, files it on their behalf.
