More small businesses planning investment in technology
Research by Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider Skype has revealed that more than 50% of small businesses it surveyed are planning to up their investment in conference technology.
The businesses told Skype they would be investing video conferencing and conference calling technology within the next 12 months.
The survey results also indicate that more than 40% of small businesses which have yet to invest in the technology see the potential in doing so.
