Website attacks increasing, says report
Hackers are increasingly targeting their attacks at legitimate websites, according to a new report.
Security firm Trend Micro's findings said although users of sites which have gambling and other adult content on them had their computers infected with malware, seemingly innocuous sites, including news sites and even search engine results, were also capable of causing damage.
The report also found that, last year, 50% of all malware threats came from North America.
