Publicly funded advisers under fire from entrepreneur
Entrepreneur and co-founder of Freeserve Ajaz Ahmed has spoken out against publicly funded business advisers in his keynote speech at an event in Yorkshire.
Mr Ahmed said that public sector advisers waste money and time because they give people with poor business ideas false hopes.
He was speaking at the Venturefest Yorkshire event in York. Mr Ahmed also said he believed a Dragon's Den-style approach to business support could be the solution, the Yorkshire Post reported.
