Government urged to stick by small business commitment
The Forum of Private Business (FPB) is urging the Government to stick by its commitment to small businesses after another reshuffle in the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR).
The FPB's policy representative, Matthew Goodman, has urged the new Competitiveness Minister, Shriti Vadera, to ensure that small businesses are not sidelined when it comes to implementing the Enterprise Framework.
The FPB has complained in recent months about the marginal role small businesses play in developing enterprise policy.
