FSA launches training DVD for food businesses
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has launched a training DVD for small-scale caterers and retailers.
The DVD aims to hammer home the watchdog's 'Safer Food, Better Business' (SFBB) approach to food safety management. It is designed to complement the SFBB guidance packs which many small food businesses already use.
The DVD can be watched and listened to in 16 different languages.
