Employers must do more to retain older workers
New research has revealed that employers need to do more to recruit and retain ageing workers.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development 's (CIPD) research showed that employers need to look at financial and non-financial benefits and decide whether they're attractive to individuals of all ages.
The research also reveals that the training and development needs of ageing workers should be addressed.
