The practice will come into place in May but eBay sellers are disgruntled at the move, which will stop them posting negative or neutral comments such as feedback about late payers or other bad experiences.

eBay defended the move to give buyers more immunity, saying that they need more protection than sellers because they have to send money to someone they don't know, the BBC reported.
