Small business opportunities for Olympics contracts
The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) has launched a website enabling small firms to compete for sub-contracting opportunities for the Olympic Games in 2012.
The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) welcomed the ODA's initiative as a step in the right direction to help stop small firms from being frozen out of bidding opportunities.
The website, entitled the London 2012 Business Network, contains information on the procurement and sub-contracting activities available and includes details of business-related events run by the Network.
