Fast-track trade mark service announced
A new service for trade mark applications has been announced by the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK-IPO).
The service, due to launch on 6 April this year, will help the UK-IPO process trade mark applications more quickly and is the latest in a range of new services designed to help businesses protect their intellectual property.
Users of the service can expect to pay an additional £300 on top of other associated fees.
