Carbon-cutting consultation launched
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) has launched a consultation on simplifying the regulations businesses face in cutting carbon dioxide emissions.
The consultation, which closes on 19 March 2008, focuses on a new package of measures to cut the amount of red tape currently applicable to carbon-cutting practices, which many businesses say is confusing and difficult to understand.
