New film studio launched
A studio has been launched to help low-budget film makers make their mark in the North East.
Moxie Makers has been founded by Ipso Facto Films, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, and funded by a combination of public and private money.
The idea behind the new business is to stimulate film making in the region, The Northern Echo reported.
