Stelios Disabled Entrepreneur Award winner announced
The winner of the first ever Stelios Disabled Entrepreneur Award has been announced.
The award was won by blind businessman Amar Latif, whose business Traveleyes specialises in holidays for visually impaired and sighted people. The sighted people provide the visually impaired travellers with descriptions of the places they all visit.
The awards were launched earlier this year by Leonard Cheshire Disability and had a top prize of £50,000.
Amar will spend the award money on expanding the service internationally.
