Small firms click on to Web 2.0

Small firms are becoming more likely to use Web 2.0 tools such as blogs, podcasts and social networking, according to a survey by technology company Forrester.

Blogs and podcasts were the most widely used forms of this new media, as reported by Computer Weekly.

Business blogs were more likely to be used in smaller than bigger businesses, researchers found.
