Help to keep staff working
More employment advisers are to work in GPs' surgeries as part of a new Government £8 million programme to provide support for small businesses.
The pilot project aims to help smaller employers manage and support people with stress and mental health issues to remain in work.
The Government said the package of measures would ultimately save businesses money because staff would not be absent so frequently on sick leave.
