Entrepreneurs want to be the boss
Entrepreneurs say they're driven to start their own businesses because they want to be their own boss.
Almost two-thirds of those questioned for The Age of the Entrepreneur Report, put together by Kingston University for phone group T-Mobile, said that was the reason they started their own business.
A better work-life balance and either dissatisfaction or boredom in their previous jobs were the next most highly ranked reasons.
Making money was only the fourth most popular reason for starting a business, the BBC reported.
