All homes for sale must now have a HIP
The controversial Home Information Packs (HIPs) have now been extended to all properties for sale in England and Wales.
The packs, which are paid for by the seller, were first introduced for larger homes in the summer and have been gradually rolled out.
Critics such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) say they will further slow down the housing market and drive away more potential first time buyers, the BBC reported.
