Workers prefer tough bosses
People prefer to work for a hard taskmaster who is successful than a lenient boss who isn't.
That's according to the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), which found that effective leaders had a 'determination to deliver'.
The findings came out during research to develop a new online tool for leadership, icWales reported.
