Importance of Internet highlighted
Small businesses are being urged to keep up with the way the Internet is changing how people look for products and services, or miss out.
Only half of Britain's smaller firms have a website, according to the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
The National Federation of Enterprise Agencies (NFEA) told the BBC that small businesses are using their websites for a variety of functions, from communications and marketing, as part of the supply and customer chain or to sell their goods.
