Profits threatened by too many projects
Employers are being warned that giving their staff too many projects to handle can have a destabilising effect on their businesses.
A new survey found that 83% of people in business thought that too many projects did not do anything to improve profitability.
The study was carried out by online business school Pentacle, which found 77% of workers said their managers didn't understand the stress of repeated initiatives and how much they could become unnerved by constant change.
However, the survey did find that most people were happy to face change when it was managed properly, icBirmingham reported.
