Help for Scots retail and tourism businesses
Scottish retailers and tourism businesses are being offered free help to improve their customer care skills.
Theatrical-based workshops are being run to teach businesses how they can increase trade through giving customers a better experience.
The Visitor Experience Workshops have been organised by grassroots tourism group Pride & Passion and will include recreations of possible visitor scenarios.
