Fear of failure holds back entrepreneurs

Almost four out of ten people are too afraid of failure to develop their business ideas, while a third are concerned about their potential enterprise's effects on their love life.

The findings come from an report by mobile phone and Internet firm Orange, which found almost half of the 2,500 people it questioned had considered setting up their own business.

Orange said its report showed British people looked on enterprise in a positive light but they needed more help to make a go of their business ideas, the BBC reported.
